Three Latin Motets: These motets were written for performance with my choir which I direct in France; Cantique. More informations about the choir can be found at:- www.cantique87.fr The three motets are to be sung A Cappella and are as follows:-
1) Ave Maria
2) O sacrum convivium
3) Dies sanctificatus
Magnificat: This piece was originally written in 1990 for three upper voices and either piano duet or chamber orchestra accompaniment. The current version is for mixed choir but is substantially the same work. The language is Latin and the duration is about 12 minutes. It is intensely melodic using the harmonic language of the early 20th Century and will be a good addition to any good choirs repertoire.
